Canva
Honestly, Canva can be useful for anybody; from artists to side-hustlers to businesses of all sizes. As a professional designer, I was a bit reluctant at first (kind of like AI) but I'm all in now.
What is Canva?
Canva is an editor or app that includes templates (some free, some require a paid subscription), it can be used through a browser, or as a desktop, tablet or smartphone app. Everything is already designed for you.

Below are many of the items you can make in Canva. Doc is more of a category though, like Microsoft and Google have. The templates are designed by professional designers who receive royalty payouts each time their design is downloaded. Knowing this makes me feel better and makes the pro account an even better deal in my opinion (currently $13 a month, $10 a month if you pay $120 up front for the year).
The interface is not very intuitive but it's worth poking around to get used to. The top and side bar is where most of the navigation and personalized items live, kind of like Google, Canva gets to know you and shows you what you've used and similar items. In the top left corner, the Canva logo is the Home link and the three line icon (hamburger) will open your sidebar. Items with a gold crown (shown below) require a Pro subscription (about $15 a month) these crowns can appear next to anything so be aware.
